At last. . .

After 2 1/2 straight hours of crying (including some of my own tears) I finally have a sleeping baby. It is official… I am sadly giving up all milk based products (cheese, yogurt, chocolate, whatever) for one week to see if it helps my girls belly. I feel so bad for her as I tried everything to calm her down. The only thing that seemed to help was her own farting and I must say she has some loud ass gas for a tiny little being. We go to her pediatrician next week so we’ll see what he says, but for now I’ll do what I think is best and that’s to 86 the milk products. The hubs is out for some well deserved beers tonight… I would have

Lunch with Lola

Lola, her abuelita and I went out for a girl’s day. It was supposed to consist of lunch and thrift shops, but we only made it to lunch before my little chica began to throw a fit. She was awesome almost all the way through lunch and then the meltdown began. I think it had something to do with the fact it was so hot in the restaurant because the second I took her outside she was fine. Not real easy to eat when you’re rocking a baby outside though. I know I posted about getting over my nervousness with having a screaming baby in public, but I’m simply not used to it yet. I tense up, I begin to sweat and I just don’t feel comfortable. My
